I love cooking shows, but more and more of the presenters have a hyper manic, shouty instructions kind of presentation that really turns me off.

Kinda loving that Trek productions are using fan resources and giving them credit for it. Jörg Hillebrand keeps coming up in the new Picard, I've heard mentions of researching on Memory Alpha, and even I've been name checked in the TMP Special Features.

Kinda glad that the work is being used to good effect. :)
