First Spinal Specialist appointment:

"Well, let me see here. We've got some arthritis in your spine, no big deal, some very minor stenosis on C5, that's just age, not a big deal and, and C6......DEAR LORD WHAT HAPPENED HERE JFC KID WHEN WERE YOU RUN OVER BY A STEAM ROLLER?!?!"

I may be paraphrasing, of course.

If there's anything that will kill Threads for me is its lack of a fully functional web interface. 95% of my social media is done on a PC web browser.

I'll assuming, like Instagram, it's coming. I'm hoping it doesn't take as long....

On a more serious note, the Spinal Specialist did a few quick physical tests involving muscle strength, and determined just from that (wow!) that I have some nerve damage in my C6 nerve canal. He's also believes C7 is at risk for nerve damage as well because I had pain in my lower arm, but no wekening.

He's decided I'll need spinal injections to bring down the swelling on C6 and C7, as well as physical therapy to get my strength back up in my left arm. Waiting for them to call me for the appointments for the spinal injection shots.

I just napped on the floor of my office cause it's the only room in the house under 85 degrees (29C for those of you not using Freedom Units).
