[Thoughts Before Bed]

I got to swim today as part of the Trans and Non-Binary swim. Three hours. Never thought I'd be able to swim again, and certainly not as a woman. It was nice to be back in the water again.

I do, however, seem to have trouble STAYING underwater. Apparently I've got some new floatation devices I didn't have back when I was ten....

So, on waking up, I don't have much in the way of muscle pain, but boy do my muscles ache. :)

Quite the work out yesterday...
