Aug. 14th, 2011 03:24 pmNoticed that my calorie counter scans barcodes, so I'm keeping a food diary for today.
While I tend to count food that I cook, or get nutritional info from takeouts, I've never counted my "fish food diet" and just made sure the carbs stayed below 45g per meal. My diet should be about 600 calories, less than 21g fat, 45g of carbs or lower (60g max).
So what am I hitting?
This mornings breakfast and lunch each? 390 calories, 21.65g fat, 12.14g carbs (1/3rd lb beef, 1 serving salad, a plum for breakfast, and a peach for lunch).
So WELL under my goals. 'Til I had that Slim Jim as a snack. That damn thing is a meal unto itself!
Note to self...half a Slim Jim next time.
As an aside, it looks like my weight loss stopped some time ago. Hovering between 255 and 265. Kinda dissapointed I didn't get below 250, but I told myself I wouldn't push harder than "decent exersize" and "healthy eating" to keep from losing metric craptons of weight, only to rebound.
Still...if I can lay off the Slim Jims...and maybe do excersize on my days of...I could hit that 250 mark. :)
