What a WEEK I'm having!

dolariOkay...well...since such a long time has passed since my last entry, I'll just hit on the Big Stuff.
The Adecco Interview did not go well. Basically, I drove there to give them Social Security numbers and that was it. The guy called me Jessica twice, called me "Doll" once and gave me the wrong job info several times. However, now I realize why they're always so damned tense there. There were three people in there, doing all the paperwork, answering all the phones, proctoring all the tests and ushering everyone around. Three. No wonder they're so...ecclectic.
The trip home was pretty...dull. I missed out on meeting Rhea, Jenni was studying, and I saw Steph just long enough to get her addicted to Bebop. The rest of the time was just...well...watching TV in my room. My last day there I got a call from Dean about a job call.
That interview went VERY well. I aced the tech test they gave me, including the mac portion...and most of the interview I sat there mentally whispering in his ear to give me the job. The good news, he commited a bit of a faux pas: Instead of saying "We were hoping to hire someone by Friday" he said "We were hoping to hire you by Friday." The bad news was the second sentence: "But our budget is putting this off for a few weeks."
I should have some sign yes or no by my deadline.
I really hope I get this job - I REALLY need it.
