MONDAY

I took off to San Antonio for a two day outing with the family. I got new pants that were one size too big, and one size too long, but they work better than the pants I was wearing for months on end. But most of the day was spent sitting in my room watching TV.

TUESDAY

More sitting...this time watching the Republicans scream with girly glee at their victories, and watching Tom Daschle get more and more longfaced. LEft for Austin that night.

WEDNESDAY

Boring. Called Fly Technologies and they had nothing for me, and made it clear that they are not hiring anyone anytime soon. The funding just wasn't there. Lamented my situation.

THURSDAY

In response to my lamentations, I got a call from Addeco Temps...show up at our office NOW. Sat for a long time doing nothing, only to find out I was being shipped off to do XBox Live support for Microsoft and had an interview with someone that evening. Went to Dean's for a quick stopover to pass some time, then went to the interview. IT turned out to be with more than just one person, but a whole group of other temps. Come to work on Sunday for training.

Wow.

That was fast. The idea I got from the frenzy was "We need warm bodies. NOW." So Jenn finally has a temp job until March. I can FINALLY get back on my medications. It'll be expensive...but I can do this...for a time. Went back to Dean's and waited for him to come home, however, I found out that he wasn't coming home till LATE...so I left.

FRIDAY

Worked on AWFW II #1, and am almost finished with it. I'm kinda worried that I may not have time to do my comics anymore...but I do waste a LOT of time between issues.....
