dolariI rock so damn much. I finally got pissed off at my keyboard, found out that the ASDCXZ keys had all decided to stop working. I have a nice brand new keyboard sitting next to me, but it's an old style keyboard with a plug that doesn't fit in my keyboard port. I have an adapter, but it's in San Antonio.
So I popped open the keyboard to see what was the matter. After I got it open and stripped down to it's constituent parts, a vigorous shake of the board revealed the problem:
About twenty pieces of smashed plastic fell out.
I pound my keyboards, yes, but I didn't think I had done THAT much damage! Any ways, I put it all back together again and things are better than before. Now if I could just find out where the metal bar for the spacebar has gone to so it works 100% correctly and I'll be stoked.
I'm moving Closetspace to Wednesdays. I've decided that doing 12 pieces of art in one day is a bad thing, so decided I'd space it out over the week...12 pieces of art all due on Sunday, though, is still a bad thing. this way,I have three days to do AWFW, three days to do CS and one day for goofing off.
Had a very frank discussion about suicide with a friend. Dunno what to make of it.
Going to my parents for the weekend. Wish my luck. :)
