dolariDESK ASSEMBLED!
Sort of.
You see, while putting this together, I messed up my hand, and now the ball of my right hand hurts. Mainly because of the insane amount of pressure it took to push these screws into the boards. The chipboard this thing is made from has to be the densest mose compacted chipboard I ever tried to assemble (of course, it shreds apart if you look at it wrong....) I was thinking, maybe it's the hormones killing my muscle power or not enough leverage into the screws...no wasn't any of that.
The boards and screws were so hard that they completely destroyed the tip of this screwdriver.
After I ended up wearing down that screw driver, there was only one screwdriver that could use to finish the desk. But it was MUCH too small to get a good grip on. In a fit of madness that allows chimps to use sticks to gather ants for a spicy dinner, I invented the Dolari Tool for Easily Screwing Screws into Screwy Desks:
Aka, a ratchet.
The desk is FINALLY put together, although hald the screw aren't in place, the coputer platform is unassembled and the bookshelf is in a pile in the corner. And I'm NOT going to finish up everything until I order an electric screwdriver with some decent torque. This was just insane. Raw torn up hands, ruined screwdrivers, and it's still not completely assembled.
I'd kick the desk, but it would prolly shred into a billion pieces.
