Wow, what a nostalgic day. I dug through the old archives I kept of my website looking for a graphic I used back then (guess where Fishy came from? :) ). What a trip. What as I thinking with some of thise designs. Like the red and black interlaced one - that prolly made TV browsers blow out.
Winamp seemed to like playing golden oldies today, too. Msotly the old MOD music files I had form the mid 90s. If yu've never heard an MOD file, you should - a lot are REALLY well done. It's like Midi music, except done with actual sampleed instruments. Back when MP3s were too big to download easily, and Midis sounded like crap, MODs were juuuuust right. After explaining this to a friend, I sent her over to Alison's site to go listen to some more (music HERE! I heartily recommend Serpent Rising and Prophecy). Really creative stuff that was. Wish there was more now....
I managed two more postcard pieces for donators, and one I think is downright gorgeous:

The postcard pics are something kinda neat to me. About three years ago, Dean and I both independently got duped by the post office into buying these pre-postaged blank postcards (we thought they were envelopes). We carried them around for a year and couldn't decide what to do with them. I inherited them, brought the to Trinoc 2004 with me to have little cards to sketch on and give out. Since then, every donation gets a little sketch on these.
For the first time in three years, we ran out! We went through all 30 we had been fooled into buying. So what do I end up doing? Running back to the post office to buy 15 more. :)
$5 gets you original Jenn Dolari art. Step right up!
Speaking of art, if any of you'd like a Christmas Card this year, send your snail mail address to jenn@dolari.org, and I'll get one out to you. Which reminds me, I need to start work on that. :D
OH! I MADE TORTILLAS! REAL! HONEST TO GOODNESS! EDIBLE! TORTILLAS! With eggs, potato and ham! AND THEY WERE GOOD! I guess after all the failures, I finally levelled up and gained taco making skills. 'bout time!
The AWFW Cast Page has finally been updated since "The Celestial Exchange Agency," with new bios for Abaddon, Rob and Bernice, Michael #1, Hanna, Archangel Michael, Manwaz, and Nen'a.
