dolariThere's a story that's been in my head since 1987, it's huge, spanning from 3113BC to 3797AD. It's literally the first story I sat down to write. It's going to get done, but not for a long long long time.
In the 90s, I wanted to get into scriptwriting, took several workshops, bought several books on it, but got really dissapointed at the rewriting that gets done in movies and film so I gave up on it. Although when I write a comic script for someone else, I still use a scriptwriting format...it's very convenient.
In 2000, I was bored one day at Dell. I cleared up my Email queue and had time to kill and a connection to my machine at home. I decided to take that 1987 story and write a "pilot episode" script. Just for fun. I didn't bother to try and write it to an audience or a budget or a producer, but just write the story as I saw it in a script format, to see if I could still do it.
It's on the AWFW/CS Compact disc as an extra, but other than that, I don't think I've ever posted it. So, here ya go. Please, be gentle. It's just one episode of an 80 episode story, so don't expect any finishes soon. Although if you WANT to know, just ask...it's not like I'm spoling anything I'll be doing anytime this decade.
