Dear Radio Shack,
While I do appreciate the fact that you sell a billion types of adapters cheaply, but it simply not acceptable for me to have to wait 25 minutes to purchase $3 adapter. At least that's how long I waited before I walked out. I'm patient, but when the time table says it's time to go, it's time to go.
I realize mobile phones are a big business. But when your folks are taking over a half hour to enable mobile phones, and people wanting to buy retail stuff are waking out left and right, there's a problem there.
A suggestion: Why not use a kiosk to help them exclusively. Or help US exclusively? Now, not only have I wasted a half hour for nothing, I seriously doubt I'm going to hear the music on my Sidekick over the roar of the planes with the included earphones.
