When I moved to Texas after five years in Pennsylvania, there was one thing I missed most. Fall. In Texas, it's warm up until December, and then, one day, WHAM! It's winter, all the trees turn a yucky brown, and it's cold and wet.
But here - I get a real fall again. The days are getting darker earlier (MUCH darker MUCH earlier than in Pennsylvania). The trees have changed, the leaves turned some beautiful shades of bright reds and purples, yellows and the occasional brown. The air is also "Crisp." Not cold, but biting and sharp.
I've missed fall. :)
