I was supposed to start Job One on Tuesday. It has now been postponed till Friday.

Why?

It's taken the HR department this long to decide that "They have no problem with me being transgendered...unless a problem comes up."

::shakes head::

"We agree that chocolate tastes good, unless it doesn't."
"We agree that spam is greasy, unless it isn't."

Job Two had the BEST answer to the TG question:
Me: I'm transgendered. Is that going to be an issue at all?
Them: Well, does it mean you won't come into work on time?
Me: No.
Them: Then it won't be an issue.

Job One's HR department wants to have their cake and eat it too. That's *not* a good sign.

Sadly, I think I'm going to end up taking Job One. It's 6 weeks. If they offer full employment after 6 weeks, I may just NOT take it.
