dolariTechnical support tip #27 - despite having a flawless Spanish accent, I pronounce Spanish names with American accents on the phone.
My Spanish, though, is very bad, and if I get a Spanish caller Ill speak even worse when I try to convince them in artficially-crappy Spanish to use the Spanish line.
