dolariWell...that was some good news. I had a sweet and sour pork comfort food lunch knowing it would spike my blood sugar. Ended up being 112!
Dr Sealey prolly had good reason to put me on twice a week sugar checking, but I gonna stick with at least three times a day, even if all its telling me is "Good job!"
