dolariDear troublesome Linux callers: I know Linux, we have Linux clients, and my troubleshooting works. Let's try and fix it before dismissing my methods out of hand. But if your troubleshooting methods are much greater than "open the web browser and click a button" I'd love to hear them, cause that would have fixed the problem.
