dolariDicJennNary - "Scuzzy" - adj - The state of not meeting the Jenn Dolari "Bare Minimum Expression of Femaleness." It applies to Jenn when she has no time to shower or shave, leaving her with a nasty mask on her face (as women have no beards), and wild unkept hair making it look thin and stringy (as opposed to women's thicker heavier hair).
