As per EMails, I tried VMWare, and Virtual PC...and they won't play 32 bit protected mode games either...so I think it's time to give up on these games, and throw them out. :P

What OS were those games written for?

If it's Win 3.1x or older DOS stuff, try running them under OS/2. There are ways to run sessions that think they are alone on the machine...

I'd hold on to them still. If nothing else it's proof you own them when you grab the disk or disc images off of an emulation site somewhere two to five years from now...

DOSEMU didn't work either?

...or if it's sufficiently rare, holding onto a copy legitimate or otherwise could become in the end an invaluable public service...

They were written with Win 3.11 or DOS 6.22 in mind. It seems to b eboiling down to "Borland Tools" which sets up a 32 bit Virtua machine. It seems that you can't run a virtual machine on a virtual machine. :P

As far as I know, DOSEmu has no Win32 version....

You can in the type of OS/2 session I'm thinking of. Or so I understand. I just can't recall the name of the session type.
