$895 to fix the clutch on the NEW truck. An extra $400 if the hydraulics need replacing. Guess I didn't need that Wii U....

Already have a name for the new truck. The White Elephant.

You know the downside to all this? We're spending possibly up to $1300 to fix this replacement truck. What would it have cost to fix the blue one? $500. It was just $500 I just couldn't get....

I feel your pain. Clutch replacement sucks, my car needs one too - to the tune of $1100+, most likely. Of course, M's car died completely this weekend (bite me, Murphy), so we're limping along on my slippy-clutch car until we can figure out a plan of attack.
