The Job Search, Week 2

dolariI thought, after having a week where I was spammed with interviews, I'd have a job before the end of last week. Not so much this week.
Total interviews in two weeks: 9.
Total jobs not offered: 1
Total jobs (regretfully in hindsight) rejected: 1
Total jobs abandonned (they never called): 1
Total jobs postponed (I don't have the resources to get there right now): 1
Total jobs waiting to hear back: 6.
Of those 6, 3 look REALLY good, 1 is downright dissapointing, and 1 is just unknown at this point.
There is one, that's not listed of those six...you see...it turns out it's not exactly a tech support job - it's an IT job, for an entire company. It's not something I've ever done before, and there's so much piled on responsibility at once that I'm not sure I can do it. If I can, it'll be an excellent job, but we're talking going fromg fixing computers to buying laptops, configuring them for field agents, fixing them by hand, getting them repaired, setting up Voip phones, supporting in house technical support, networking, all sorts of stuff.
I've got a dabbling of experience in all that from all over, but this is more of a managerial position - I, and I alone, will be the IT department for this worldwide company. The pay is amazing, the corporate culture is beautiful, the people are genuinely fun to be around (it was the best interview I've ever had)...
...I'm just not sure I can actually DO it.
Money is super tight - I'm down to my last $40 or so. Food is plentiful, although running low on fruits and veggies. I'm entertained - I have movies galore, and more games (And game systems) than I can shake a stick at.
My mood is good, if a bit worried. And it IS nice to be home. :)
