Oct. 7th, 2013 08:46 pmWas watching Sissy Spacek in an old episode of Saturday Night Live, and was kind if taken with how adorably cute she was (I'm a sucker for Southern Accents). A quick check, though, told me she was 28 when she did this. She doesn't look a day over 16.
Made me wonder...do stereotypically cute women get tired of being cute? Being mis-aged with all the baggage that comes with that? Maybe tired of not being taken seriously because cute sometimes means ”inexperienced” in some eyes?
A friend of mine is four foot eleven. I've often told her I'm jealous of get height. I'm five seven, which is fairly average for a woman, but bring smaller would make me happier. She hates it though.I wonder if cute-beauty had the same kind of issues?
Musing on things when should be unpacking....
