Apr. 9th, 2014 05:21 amSo with everything going down these last few weeks, I've been eating badly and not excersizing. I finally got the nerve to eat right tonight, do some excersizing, and then shut my eyes and did a Wii Fit U Weigh in.
I've LOST three pounds.
Maybe there's something to that "Not enough sleep, get fat" thing. I've actually been sleeping better than ever thanks to the hours I'm working.
