dolariA friend of mine who was hired at Nntendo just recently left, and posted five Fun facts about working there. Seeing as I'm just over a year out of Seattle, and a just under a year in Austin (I spent a little time in the ancestral homeland of San Antonio), I'm kind of wanting to do the same.
But not just for Nintendo.
The five years in the Pacific Northwest were a bit of a disaster. But there were good points. And in fact, it was my focusing on the bad that led to me missing out of some Very Good Things that did happen towards the end of my time there. Things I would have likely stayed for if I wasn't so blind to them.
Still the future lies this way.
I dont' want to just copy Jason's Five Fun Facts, so I'll tell you what I'm gonna do. I'm going to post six things, not just about Nintendo, but for my entire five year Lost Weekend in the Pacific Northwest. Two Good Memories, Two Facts and Two Secrets.
Starting when I get back from a quick trip to the store.
