Now for the whole reason I got fed up with my old camera:

Yes, it does still say "Rock or Something."

"Do not Rough Handle when frozen" ...I'm imagining people playing catch or something with them out of boredom. XD

Where do, I get the vegetarian MREs?

It's been a LONG time since I had any. If I can find something of my arcaic ones that wasn't destroyed by the rat infestation, I should probably see if I could get them to you. The Julian dates on some of them predated their official debut (as in they were made in 1983)...

I don't get it. Are they toys are real miniaturized version of MREs? 'Cause, if those are toys, that's a lot of work to go through for realism.

Not food. They're miniatures made for a line of military figures made by the company. They're big on realism, so they really piled it on. The open MRE is Beef Stew, and it actually HAS all the real Beef Stew components inside.

WOW. I've heard good thing about the freeze dried strawberry patties. :)

As for the vegetarian MREs, there's one per case. I found a few at the Army Surplus Store. I'm not sure "how vegetarian" they are, though. There's really good though. The ones I had was a Black Bean Burrito and (Alfredo-ish) Pasta with Vegetables.
