I'm in a hotel room in Jollyville. But for a good reason. :) Dean's parents are in town and staying at our place...this isn't a bad thing, I get along with them just fine. The problem is, there are only two beds in the house. So they sleep in Dean's bed, Dean sleeps in mine, and I go to work.
But there's always trouble around 7AM. I've been home an hour, the parents wake up, and I can get a few hours of sleep in Dean's Bed. Then Dean wakes up, I wake up and get a few more hours of sleep in my bed. Assuming (1) I can get back to sleep and (2) the noise doesn't wake me up.
Add to that, I've had a LOT of problems sleeping lately. Being totally unable to go to sleep till nine or ten, and fighting to wake up at four or five (or six).
Also, between work and other issues, I've also been incredibly stressed out this last week. So I decided, I had some cash, I can afford to just Go Away. So I did. I spent time talking to Dean's parents on Friday morning, so I didn't appear anti social, and then today, I'm here in the hotel room.
So, I was all set and ready to get some good good good sleep. And just sat here and sat here. Puttered around. Finished a project I was hoping to take all week in a few hours. It's noon now, and I'm hoping to be tired enough that I can just sleep until I'm rested. No NEED to wake up, no one knocking on my door, no phone calls....just a crapload of sleep.
There are some things I definately want to talk about...but this week has been brutal, and to be honest, I'm actually finally tired enough to get some real sleep. But i do want to make a list so I don't forget:
1) Getting mean.
2) You need to stop being so good at your job.
3) Third time's a charm.
9) Our first month anniversary.
5) The weekend project.
But now, sleep.
