Took the edge off having to deal with some of the aftermath of the credit card fraud, and changing so so so many passwords. Didn't realize I had so many passwords I needed to change.
Finally decided to change my password schemata. I've had one incredibly complex password I used for everything, thinking that it would be too long and complex for a brute force hack. But, as Tess said, that's not how they get those things anymore.
I'm now going through every password I have, and using a password vault for it, as well as 2 point verification where I can get it. Hopefully when the next breach, hack, whatever happens, I can minimize the damage.
And still SERIOUSLY considering going the tinfoil hat route, and going cash-only.
