dolariThere's a meme running around about how there's a plot hole in (Disney's) The Little Mermaid, wherem despite losing her voice, she could have simply written down anything she wanted to say.
Mind you, I saw the anime version and red the Anderson story (which is rather horrifying) BEFORE the Disney version...but was I the only one who got the impression that she didn't just lose her voice, but lost all her communication skills EXCEPT for body language in the stories?
