Two hours in a railroad tunnel, alone and with a flash light with ultra low batteries that I only used for seconds at a time...

I am reminded of the need to visit the Two Tunnels in Bath - once upon a time, a railway tunnel, through the entire southern hillside of the town, and recently, a particularly long (and lit, though that apparently turns off for a few hours a night, to make life easier on local bats) cycling/walking path. It's not like I need a huge excuse to visit Bath, so.. mm, maybe if I combine that with some good weather, and see if I can surpass this cityscape, now with improved kit.

Last time I faced near complete darkness, and without any torch, I discovered how useful (and marvellously overpowered =:) an iPhone could be as illumination. *grin*
