The radio is kind of cheating. PBH is "Public Band" (I'm not sure what the H is for), and WB is Weather Band (which has your local weather).
Thing is - the WB is actually PART of what's considered the PBH band (Which is for public services such as police, fire department, so on). So it's a tiny sliver...of the PBH band.
