Not in a release schedule way (I was expecting to be done with both CS and AWFW in five or six years, not a projected TWENTY). But in a story way. Closetspace is about 75% done, storywise. AWFW is maybe 80-85% done. I almost feel, story wise, I'm careening to end with both of these.
Carrie's relationship with Heidi was always planned from the beginning, but does it feel ORGANIC, and not just "Shove the two together?" My only real regret on re-reading is ahving Heidi "chase" her over the course of the series. It fits her personality, but I don't know if I executed it well.
Andrea's story in AWFW is coming to a major turning point, and while I do like seeing Han'a and Andrea working together, and think the drive for protection she has with her reincarnated mother feels right...ever since the end of the Roman flashback, I feel the series has felt kinda rushed. Especially in Andrea's relationship with Iskander.
For those who read the comic, if you were to read them all at once, do the last parts of both stories feel rushed?
