dolariI forgot how beautifully animated Street Fighter III was.
I remember back in the day when a Capcom rep told me they'd actually planned for Chun Li to have more animation frames than the rest of the characters combined. I dunno if they'd managed it (I doubt it), but the effort certainly shines through.
