At which point, it becomes something of a philosophical distinction. =:) What sorts of cheese do you love, anyway? (Assuming money isn't an issue, just your tastes) For me, I've long been a fan of Jarlsberg - mild, yet still an interesting piquance to it, especially with better varieties. Then there's aged Gouda, a world apart from the odd plastic people are familiar with, all vibrantly tangy. I'm a big fan of Stinking Bishop, which is.. sort of in the Brie/Gorgonzola line, just more so. =:) The flavor's actually just like a very mature, rich, tangy Camembert, but with an odor living up to its name. Leave uncovered in the fridge of someone you don't like. =:)
