I'll have to leave the video until I'm back in the warren, as I'm currently out at a Barleywine & Old Ale Festival, but I'm delighted to hear you bake bread. ^_^ I've not really attempted anything that ambitious yet, so much as just variations on a beautifully simple and effective recipe I stumbled upon a few years ago. I don't bake that often, though, given the waste in getting the oven hot for just a couple rolls. (Freezing works, but there's nothing to beat a really good crunchy crust, fresh from the oven =:)
BTW, I took advantage of the travel time a couple days ago to start watching (ie the first ten episodes or so) Steven Universe, and I've now fetched the rest of the first season. I love it. ^_^ Everyone has such heart. And I see why you might choose Amethyst as your main icon. ^_^

Date: 2016-11-26 06:03 am (UTC)First off, here's a recipe I use for making ancient roman Boletinos Artos bread. Super tasty, fairly easy: http://www.ancientworldalive.com/single-post/2015/10/12/Ancient-Greek-Mushroom-Bread-Boletinos-Artos-%CE%92%CF%89%CE%BB%CE%B7%CF%84%E1%BF%96%CE%BD%CE%BF%CF%82-%E1%BC%84%CF%81%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%82-
Secondly, here's a recipe you can make, then refirdgerate, pulling off just enough dough as you need it and baking just what you want: http://artisanbreadinfive.com/2010/02/09/back-to-basics-tips-and-techniques-to-create-a-great-loaf-in-5-minutes-a-day
