This most likely means Jenni or Aadroma :)

I'm considering either reviving A Wish for Wings, or Closetspace for the web. However, I can't do any of these things as I have no way to actually scan any of my stuff in and publish it.

If someone was to pick up where I left off (or in the case of A Wish for Wings, start from scratch with the new artstyle) I'd continue to write the panels myself. Once I got my machine back up to good standards, I'd pick up the other series, but continue to write the first.

In other words: If anyone out there picks up A Wish for Wings, I'd write it. Once my compute rwas working, you'd still draw A Wish for Wings, I'd still write it, but I'd start work on Closetspace, as well. Or Vice Versa.

Any takers?

I'd do the Polychronicon, but that's a LONG story, a LONG time coming.

When you were working on Frankenstein and the new one (The Dell computer has not yet deigned to give us its name), you may have noticed that there is a scanner and color printer on the desk too. Were a young computer guru to hook them up properly, she could use it whenever she wished for artwork.

And I could get carne guysada if I asked nicely. :)

HUGS!

Sounds like fun to me! And a good excuse to get back into drawing, something I used to do much more of. Count me in as an interested party, if the offer is still open. :)

Which one you wanna do? A Wish for Wings is up at http://www.dolari.org/awishforwings.htm and Closetspace is http://www.dolari.org/closetspace.htm .

Draw up your version of the first 6 panels of AWFW or CS and send them this way. :) We'll see if anyone else wants to give it a try. :)

so er, how do I do this? I take the same dialogue as what you have online, and draw my own version of the visuals? I have an idea already in my head, it's percolating pretty good, so I'm just gonna go with it anyway. Lucky me, I dug out my pencil set just the other day (not that I believe in luck ;)! I'll do AWFW.

Sounds like a fun way to spend my convalescence :)

Well, for the first seven strips, basically draw them the way you want while still using the same words. After the seven strips are done, I'll give you a a little script with a brief description of each panel, and what needs to be said in each panel (If anything). The art, though, is pretty much anything you want to make it. Unless there's something that HAS to be drawn a certain way, I tend to be pretty vague so youc an do whatever you want.

An example of a script would be:

PANEL 1 - Close on a pair of wearable wings.
TEXT BOX
I WANT TO BE AN ANGEL...

PANEL 2 - Andrea looks thoughtfully at the wings

TEXT BOX
AND WITH THE ANGELS STAND...

PANEL 3 - Andrea reaches for the wings.

PANEL 4 - Andrea throws the wings across the room

PANEL 5 - The wings CRASH! Andrea realizes she shouldn't have done that.

TEXT BOX
A CROWN UPON MY FOREHEAD...

PANEL 6 - CLOSE on a stuffed bear dressed as an a angel, sitting on a computer monitor.

TEXT BOX
A HARP WITHIN MY HAND....

Guess I better get started on Closetspace. :)

[THis looks better on the commetns page :) )
