One of the neat things about seeing more live shows (I may have seen more bands in the Pacific Northwest than I ever saw in Austin), spending time with the folks in LAKE before and after shows, and even the Girls Rock Camp show I saw this last Sunday...it's changing how I work on the comic.

This last panel, of Carrie stuck behind stage as her agoraphobia kicks in, has really changed how I see it since I started drawing it, literally, months ago. It's not that it's changed anything major - the story is the story, and it remains the same. It's more the "Gravitas" of the scene. I know more ABOUT what Carrie does now, because I've seen it done.

It's really made planning the last third of the comic a real eye opening experience.
