So, the Blu Ray drive I got was capable of UHD 4K Playback. I don't even have a 4K TV, so it's overkill, but I wanted to get back into the whole "Buy Bleeding Edge Technology Then Run It The Hell Into The Ground."

The roomies however have a 4K TV and a few UHD Blu Rays...so I gave Ghostbusters a try in my drive.

Sure, my system can read 4K Blu Ray. It can even play 4K Blu Ray. Can it do it well? Hell no. It was like watching a movie as a slide show. I'm guessing you need a beefy machine for good playback.

But the ability is there should I need it.
