dolariQuestion for my Chinese/Taiwanese friends.
MANY years ago, a Taiwanese friend of mine invited me to a birthday feast at a local Chinese place that did a ten course meal. One of them was what tasted like a spinach/cheese/rice casserole.
For the life of me, I have no idea what that was and cannot find a recipe for it online. Any ideas?
