$1185 (Estimated paycheck after taxes)

$458 - RENT (includes deposit and application fee)
$325 - PHONE (Sidekick 3 cell phone)
$156 - HORMONES (2 months supply)
$110 - CLOTHES (includes new sneakers and one new outfit to replace an old one)
$100 - GROCERIES (estimate)

$36 spare for two weeks, if I just get one month's supply, I'll have $110 for two weeks. I can always get more in two weeks, so one month's supply will prolly do.

Either way, I can't afford new glasses which I will try to get on my third, non-rent paycheck. I hope they hold just a LITTLE longer.

Questions? comments? Things I haven't thought about?

It's an expensive phone, yes, but I've been sold on one for years. It's not so much a phone as it's a portable internet device. The $325 is the phone, phone service, and one accessory for the first month. The plan is $29.95 a month for unlimited internet and 300 minutes of phone time a month. I hardly use any phone time as it is....

It won't be my only internet portal at all. I'll have Internet at home and at work, as well as when I have my laptop. But the Sidekick can go with me EVERYWHERE.

Well...Car Insurance is taken care of (my truck is covered under my parents insurance till I get a new one...and I've had this truck 15 years), utilities are taken care of by the apartment complex (exceopt for electricity), no gas at the place, health insurance is taken care of by the company (come NOvember), cable is taken care of by the apartment as is DSL...

I'm good. :)

Well, to be hones,t the price I quoted for rent is prorated. It's $695 a month for a full month. Bu tI think my rent has a $200 off bonus for the first month.

Still. That's a good price, considering what I've seen around here. Good deal!
