I've had it really since early high school. Usually once ever couple of weeks I'd get a few days of a wake-up headache. Only in the last few years has it been an everyday occurence. It goes away in about an hour or so after I wake up.

Dehydration, maybe? I've had a big problem with that lately...

Probably not what you want to hear, but your headache issues are most likely caused by sleep apnea--you may want to look into it online. The difference you would feel by using a CPAP machine would be incredible, but the costs of getting set up with one would be inhibitive without good insurance. One more thing. I'm sorry.

What's funny is, I've spent most of the last two years off hormones thanks to financial problems (and now off of them thanks to the postal service continually siezeing them). I know Spiro dehydrates you but good, but in the last two years, I've nly been on spiro maybe a few months....

MY dad uses a CPAP machine. He hates it. But as for me, as far as I know I only started snoring in my sleep when I moved to the new house and started swelling up from my allergy to the hardwood floors. Now that I'm gone, the swelling has gone WAY down...I dunno if I still snore though.

Seeing my dad on a CPAP machine was one of the major reasons I've tried so hard to lose weight over the years.

I actually love my CPAP machine, especially since swithcing from the mask to the nose pillow. I put it on and sleep sooooo good. I have a milder case than most, but still calculated that I was suffocating myself for 15 minutes every hour while I slept. That freaks me out. After that, I couldn't WAIT to start using the machine.

heh. the day I don't wake up with a headache is a good one. dehyrdration is a big issue, as can be posture as a lot of issues come from the neck.

I added you (Hope you don't mind). My partner [livejournal.com profile] gidget_ca put me onto your webcomic and I like it.
