The frightening thing is, that actually does look like the Fourth Doctor after he got seriously aged in this one serial, complete with full beard... heh.
FINALLY! Someone else noticed! I asked some of my american friends what was with the Doctor Who look-alike on CNN and none of them knew who I meant! heh
CNN correspondent John F. Burns. He's even British, with the accent and all. AND he's the one who reported on the hangings of Saddam's cronies, which so help me with the hair was quite amazing to watch...
