The sand which is there gets in the sandwiches there.

Emily just recently got a hold of the Sims 2, and has been creating a very familiar family to interact with:

From right to left, Carrie, Allison, Lindy and (heaven help us) Jack.

So far we've learned at least one thing:

Jack really really hates toys. He gets into arguments about it, then rants at a neighbor about it as well. Maybe if Jack bought some toys for Lindy, she'd stop jumping on the bed.

I've been feeling very melancholy lately. No reason for it, just kinda had a dark cloud over my head today. NOt really depressing me, but makes me miss Emily more, makes me more nostalgic for the old days, and just tints everything else a little bluer.

I'll get over it.

Oh dear. For some reason that's really funny, esp that he has to get on the neighbor about it too. Also (this may just be my Sims ignorance), why does the bed basically appear to be in the bathroom?

...maybe someone dropped a toy down the toilet and Jack had to deal with the ensuing plumbing drama.

And finally... hugyes for missing Emily and the nostalgia and all. She'll be back, though. :)

There's a wall there, but the program made it invisible so I could see what's going on.

For a second there, I thought you were making some kind of 1984 reference. Doubleplusgood interactions with your comrade?

Looks like a fun family, toy-related hatred aside.
