I'd never seen or noticed Toynbee tiles until they were everywhere in Philadelphia.

The difference between Frank Chu and the Toynbee tiles is...well...I saw a Toynbee tile. :D

Although that sign DOES look intriguing - ::strokes chin::

I saw just one, nailed to a tree somewhere between State College and Lewisburg (or Lewisburg and Harrisburg). I remember it clearly cause I thought it was an ad for a Toy store (Toy N Bee) until it got wierd. I think Dean saw it with me, but I'm not sure.

True. While I've seen Chu about a great many times over the years, but I've only once seen a Toynbee tile.

More like someone needing to get a "Very Important Message" out after seeing the smaller tiles and the manifesto. Or as I read somewhere - "involuntary dadaism." :)
