I had a really vivid dream last night, and it was so vivid I knew I was in trouble. When I have vivid dreams that I don't want to wake up from, I can usually tell I'm going to wake up with a Massive Headache bordering on migraines. Every morning I wake up with a headache, but they're usually gone in a few minutes. Today's was the worst I'd had in a long long long time, though. After thre dream, I woke up to the feeling on my left temple being smashed by a hammer. I took some aspiring to try and calm it down, but nothing was calming it down. Eventually, I took a shower with the lights off and that seemed to help it a lot. But then as soon as I got out, dry heaves began, which became not-dry heaves. After about five minutes of calling ralph on the porcelain phone, I'm feeling tons better.

Still, the daily headaches, and the occasional migraines-that-aren't-migraines worry me. When I get settled in Seattle, I really need to talk to a Doctor about this.

Doesn't sound like fun. Not one bit.

I had a rather interesting dream last night as well. I don't remember any particular sequence, but it featured...

Carly in a hot looking red and black latex catsuit

The last pope running a convenience store

A video game involving the Starsky and Hutch Gran Torino in an off-road situation

Christmas at my parents' place in which my dad gave me hell for illegally crossing the active runway here at Trenton even though I had clearance from the tower

I only remember spending the bulk of the dream trying to get back to where Carly was. No migraine this morning either.

Now, did the child have the hamburger and large fire hat, or did you have it? Or, additionally, did you injure the child using those items, or merely while having them?

Interesting - I woke from a vivid dream to a base-of-the-skull headache this morning. Fortunately, mine went away by changing position and sleeping for another half hour.

This sounds pretty ugly - I hope you can find a great doctor to figure out the problem and provide relief - and soon.

I used to have headaches which were related to my hormone therapy. I was under high doses of estrogen, which my doctor discovered to be causing me hyperprolactinemia. The headaches stopped when I decreased the hormones dose. I'd recommend you talk to your doctor.

The waking up with headaches thing started just out of high school, not from hormones. The migraines, though - that started after the estrogen.
