I realize I put people in a wierd position when I ask them to write about a talking skull in a box.

I never realized HOW ridiculous until I had to write the scene of cutting her skull off myself. And there's a sentence you've probably never heard from anyone, unless you're friends with Stephen King.

I think for me when I finally get to attempting to write my story the hard part will be not turning the skull into a mirror of Bob from the Dresden files. What can I say...I also picture skulls as being more wise cracking and sarcastic then loving. Definantly will be a challenge.
