Actually, it sounds like you need to dictate the when, because I don't want to cost you sleep. And the time will limit the where. I know plenty of late night places, but unfortunately not at the IH35 - Slaughter area except the IHOP on 35 just north of Slaughter. Other than that, there's Magnolia Cafe on So. Congress, and Kerbey Lane on So. Lamar.
