San Francisco Appendix
Oct. 18th, 2008 02:26 pmJust a little add on to the San Francisco post. One of the other reasons I seriously considered staying there was that for being downtown, the city was very very livable. Most city centers are simply tall office buildings (San Antonio/Austin) or overpriced condos (I'm looking at you, Seattle). San FRancisco, though, looks LIVABLE. Cramped, but people live in the downtown area in squished houses, and seem to enjoy it.
I could still live there.
Also I regret not going to Emperor Norton's grave and saluting him.
However, in Seattle (well, Renton's) favor, I just found a Sushiland at the mall near here. Guess what lunch will be Tuesday? :D
