I found the leak in the truck. I can't fix it. I can't afford to fix it. So now I'm home-bound with ONLY trips to work, until I can afford it. Which at my present pay, is never.

Looks like my next trip to see Emily is on hold indefinately.

Goddammit.

Don't laugh because it works

Use Black pepper. It has this uncanny quality of swelling up like a cork where the leak is. Just be careful not to use too much.

Once again...don't laugh until you try it. How did you think we keep our junk running with all the shotgun holes in our vehicles?

Not likely. Every paycheck I LOSE money. A train trip would mean I have that much less I can afford to spend on fixing the pickup.

It's 35$ in each direction on the amtrak website. I would take into consideration the cost to repair the truck+gas versus the amtrak to vancouver and either being picked up by Emily or take the skytrain/bus to her (rail station and the skytrain are right next to each other, across a park.)
