After waking up and finding me in a better state of mind, I called my dad about his trip up here. Now that I was a tad more sensible, it felt kinda silly flying him up here for what amounted to a quick and easy repair.

He kinda sounded disenheartened, and I asked him if everything was okay. "Well...I kind of like flying whenever and whereever I want to go."

He'll be here Saturday. :)

My dad is a real sweetheart. Even through the tough times in my transition he's been the understanding one.
