It took three years, but the Transgender Day of Remembrance Webcomics Project was finally removed from Wikipedia. It was put up for deletion several years ago, prolly to get back at me for daring to get my other articles deleted, but thankfully cooler heads prevailed, and the article was kept...and immediately made part of a different article.
You don't need an "AFD" to delete just part of an article, and someone finally deleted it a few months ago, saying "Wikipedia isn't for something you do on the internet someday."

And you know what, I no longer really care. Wikipedia is a great source of information, and if you decide to get into editing it, a great source of indigestion. The webcomics project is there, then it's not there, doesn't matter anymore. I've been through with Wikipedia for a long time, and it's more of a footnote than a nuisance.

Just wish I'd stop being attatched to some more radical-sounding anti-Wikipedia EMails. I don't want anything to do with it good or bad....

that is the best definition of Wikipedia I've ever read. Thank you, and sorry about your page.

Which one? The Indigestion one is mine, but the MMORPG one comes from Encyclopedia Dramatica.

Like it or not, we all become symbols to the other symbol machines. :\

I hear you. I'm a fan of Wikipedia (as you can see here), but there are some out there who insist on adding false information, without any sources (look for a user named "Jamesinc14" and you'll see what I mean).

Wikipedia is a great brainy "toy" to play with, but it's often a pain caused by many who want to ruin its encyclopedic value.
