Hey, Jenn, what ice cream did you have today?



Top flavor: Wasabi
Bottom flavor: Curry

The curry was much spicier than I expected for a gelato, but they were both surprisingly good. When we crossed back into the US from Vancouver I was pretty much waved on through: You don't mess with someone who just ate wasabi and curry ice cream.

Sounds interesting. I'd like to make a batch of cinnamon and put just enough capsaicin in it to give it some heat. Yum - hot cinnamon!
